Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. With less notice, 50% of the treatment price is payable.
Small businesses fought incredibly hard to stay afloat through lockdown, and many of us, me included, work around young children and childcare. I put a lot into every appointment, from pre-treatment through to aftercare, and I can't fill a slot that's cancelled with only a few hours' notice.
I adore my job, and I know you value the treatments I offer, which is why I now need to enforce this policy. Thank you so much for understanding.
